Brewers game on Sunday, August 6 at 1:10 PM
Atonement's Youth Ministries (rising 6th graders through graduated seniors and their families) will be going to the Brewers game on Sunday, August 6 at 1:10 p.m. Tickets are about $18/each, including fees.
We will carpool to the game after 10 a.m worship, tailgate, attend the game, and return back to Atonement after the game.
We will coordinate food to bring for the tailgating amongst those who have registered.

A Note from the Worship Committee:
Hello Atonement Youth and Families!
My name is Matthew Gandrud and I am one of the graduating seniors who received their quilt at the 10:00am service on Sunday! I am a member of Atonement’s Worship Committee and we met on Wednesday night to discuss how worship is run and any changes that the members of the congregation have brought to us.
One thing that came up at our meeting was a desire by multiple members of Atonement’s congregation to eventually move to having communion every week. While this is something that the worship committee feels like could be a good thing for the church, doing so would require us to increase the number of people who set up, serve, and clean up communion. Because of this, I am reaching out to see if any of you would be interested in volunteering to allow us to move to communion weekly.
We are looking for people to volunteer during services, before and after services and on either Friday or Saturday to help prepare the wine and juice. The time commitment for helping to prepare for communion would be about 30-40 minutes with 2 volunteers. We will have adults there who can help walk you through it and will stay helping if any questions were to arise.
On top of the need for communion volunteers, we are also looking for members(youth especially) to volunteer in other ways on Sunday mornings. I know that some of you can’t commit to being at church for two services, so you would not be able to do things like ushering or reading. However, we are also looking for greeters before the service. For those of you who sit around by the main entrance to the church after ACTS and Cross Training for a while, this would be perfect for you! Why not do what you’re already doing and make others feel welcome at the same time? On top of that, you can also get NHS service hours for helping out to make the church a better place and help services run smoothly! If parents are able to volunteer as well, that would be greatly appreciated! This is not something you would need to commit to for every single week, if you can only help for one Sunday, that is perfectly fine and would be a huge help to us!
If you feel like you can commit to helping out for a week, please visit https://www.atonementmuskego.org/involved or reach out to myself(gandrudmatthewh@gmail.com), Pastor Kevin(kevin@atonementmuskego.org), or Pastor Gene(gene@atonementmuskego.org)! We are more than willing to help or answer any questions you may have!
Thanks,
Matthew Gandrud and the rest of the Atonement Worship Committee
