Annual Meeting 2023: What You Need to Know

1. We will be electing Council members for 2023

2. We will be approving the 2023 Ministry Plan

3. We will be approving the Amended Constitution and Bylaws.

   • Council is recommending updates to our bylaws and amendments to bring our constitution into conformity with the synod's model constitution.

   • Congregants should review the changes to the Constitution and Bylaws online or by picking up hard copies at the welcome desk

4. We will be referring to the 2022 Annual Report through out the meeting. There will be a limited amount of physical copies available during the meeting, so if you’re comfortable accessing it online, please do so! Check out the Annual Report here!
